  1. Pour 3-4 teaspoons of cooking oil into a non-stick frying pan. Spread oil, add frozen dumplings and 100 ml of water.
  2. Cover with Lid. Turn on High until water has evaporated.
  3. Uncover and turn to low heat until dumplings are golden.
  1. Use a baking paper (Optional) .Place frozen dumplings into a steamer.
  2. Turn on high heat .Steam with Boling water for 10-12 mins.
  3. Stand for 1 Minute then serve.
  1. Add 1 litre of water and stock if you prefer soup. Add frozen dumplings and stir.
  2. Cook until dumplings float to the surface.
  3. Add meat, Veges or noodles as desired and serve.

Serving suggestions:


Dumplings are versatile and can be used in so many ways : from Finger foods, starters, snacks, nibbles, also in a soup or a wonderful addition to a school lunchbox. To further compliment the Dumplings, they can be served with a variety of dipping sauces, e.g. Chilli, pesto, tomato, tartare sauce & Japanese Mayo etc.

  • - Vinegar and soy sauce
  • - Sesame oil, pinch of sugar, soy sauce and crushed garlic.
